Shipping & Refund Policy


 

All items are available for collection from the rescue for those who are local. Please select this option at checkout, then once you have placed your order, please wait for the email notification to let you know that it is ready to collect, and then send the rescue a message to arrange a suitable date and time.

If you prefer your items to be posted, please select your preferred delivery option at checkout. 

We endeavour to have all orders ready to be collected/shipped within 48 hours, however some items are made to order, and if there is an emergency within the rescue, this may take longer. If you need an item by a certain date, please message the rescue prior to ordering to confirm that we can achieve this for you. 

If upon delivery there are any issues with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and let the rescue know the problem. We will then either sort a replacement or refund at the rescue’s discretion (some items may be a limited run and therefore a replacement will not always be available).
