We are an ethical, high welfare rabbit rescue

Our number one priority is to provide a high level of care for the our residents and to promote the level of care that rabbits deserve - and no less.

This means that we advocate for all rabbits living with companions, a minimum housing size of 3m x 2m x 1m, access to good rabbit-savvy vet care and a healthy species specific diet.

We are a vegan-run charity so we do not accept money that has been raised through the exploitation of any other animal. All our events, products and fundraisers are strictly vegan.

We are a BABBA Ethical Rescue!

What this means:

· Our rabbits are neutered and fully vaccinated prior to adoption.

· We ensure that our rabbits are bonded with another rabbit prior to rehoming.

· Home-checks are carried out and 24/7 access to a minimum predator proof space of 3mx2m is required as per RWAF & PDSA guidelines.

· Our adopters are offered lifetime support and we accept the rabbits back if circumstances change.

· We have a no-kill policy. Rabbits with long term health conditions are adopted out responsibly or transferred to trusted sanctuaries.

· We do not receive money from pet retailers and rely entirely on public donations.

· We are against the breeding and selling of rabbits.
