At Ivy Dene Rabbit Rescue, rabbit welfare is our highest priority
We work hard to maintain an ethical focus for the charity and strive to achieve the highest possible standards of care and communication. It is important that we are notified if we are falling short of our high standards and we welcome your comments to help us develop the charity. The notes below outline how you can submit formal feedback or complaints.

Please include as much detail as possible and include your name and contact details.
Timeframes:
We will acknowledge receipt of your email within 5 working days.
You can expect a full response from the board of trustees within 30 days.
Please note that complaints posted to social media are not as constructive as formal feedback so we encourage you to stick to the communications outlined in the procedure above.
