Herbie is just the loveliest rabbit, despite coming from the most torturous circumstances. He surprises us every day and we’re so desperate to see him complete his journey and find his forever home and companionship.

Backstory: Herbie was kept in a small plastic box as part of a neglect case.

Housing: Herbie would rather live in someone’s home. He would also enjoy outside time but this wouldn’t be essential.

Household: Herbie would be fine with rabbit savvy children.

Favourite Foods: Any fresh forage he can get his paws on!

Health Concerns: None, but as a lop he will almost certainly develop ear disease at some point. He will need thorough ear checks at least every 6 months.

Personality: The most forgiving rabbit ever! Herbie should not trust humans, but he does and he shows his love with such enthusiasm. He is friendly, happy, confident and affectionate.
